Mike is a very funny man. Master of innuendo, of the observational joke, a man with quick wit and great humour. It's just a shame he looks so sullen when he's not engaged in conversation.
Up for most action, it's not surprising that Mike was readily willing to join Mark and Finbar on their canal holiday, the promise of pub-hopping and the potential for a lot of laughs probably a big part of the appeal.
